High Concentration Lens Polishes
These highly concentrated polishes are designed to provide high surface quality and stock removal while also being versatile for any lens type or polishing process (Digital/Free Form or Conventional) and offering our clients shipping costs since the product contains zero water! All high concentration polishes are suspension treated and precision engineered for todays lens polishing needs. Cannot be used as is, these must be diluted.
Easy to use directions:
Simply dilute with clean water to the desired baume concentration. For example, dilute with more water to a 12 baume for a basic CR39 lens or with less water for a higher baume (23-25 degree range) suitable for more critical lens surfaces, High or Mid Index. This versatility of this product is what makes it so easy to work with in any laboratory setting.
HIGH CONCENTRATION LENS POLISHES
Polilens Plus 714Y HC (High Concentration) – Baume range N/A
Designed to be diluted at the customer’s site, this highly concentrated version of our best selling lens polish provides exceptional surface quality on all CR-39, High or Mid index and Polycarbonate surfaces. This product is designed to be diluted to a baume range of 12-30, depending on the customers specific lens polishing requirements, and is suitable for both conventional and digital polishing applications.
GK Digital HC (High Concentration) – Baume range N/A
This product is precision engineered for both Digital/Free Form and Conventional polishing applications. High concentration formulation reduces transportation and storage costs since the product contains zero water. Reduces overall costs by 50% or more due to this products versatility. Suitable for both conventional and digital polishing applications.
STANDARD CONCENTRATION LENS POLISHES – BAUME 18-30 DEGREES
All of our standard polishes are suspension treated for consistent performance during use and provide a varied range of stock removal and surface qualities
PoliSPEED – Baume 20 degrees
This aluminum oxide slurry provides very good stock removal and surface quality on CR-39, High Index and Polycarbonate lenses. This product can be used in BOTH digital/free form and conventional lens polishing applications.
Polilens Plus 714-Y – Baume 25 to 30 degrees
This product contains a high baume (25-30 degrees) which provides extended polishing life and high stock removal rates. Polilens Plus 714Y also provides excellent surface quality on CR-39, High Index and Polycarbonate lenses
Phoenix – Baume 18 to 19 degrees
Providing very high stock removal rates, up to 1.5x comparable products, Phoenix provides excellent surface quality on all lens types (CR-39, Polycarbonate, High Index) while still remaining economically priced.
Focus 999 – Baume 18 to 22 degrees
One of our more economically priced polishing liquids options, Focus 999 offers good surface quality, stock removal on all types of lenses and does not have freeze issues. Very aggressive stock removal on Polycarbonate lenses. A economical product choice that does not sacrifice quality.
CERIUM OXIDE POLISHING COMPOUNDS
Cerite 5005 – 75 to 85% cerium oxide
High performance cerium oxide suitable applications with speeds up to 1500 RPM. This product provides a high stock removal and is also suitable for prismatic mirror polishing for automobile applications. Can also be used with certain precision optic applications where a high stock removal is required. Easy to clean and will not hard settle.
Cerite 4190 – TREO 82 to 88%
Economically priced cerium oxide for ophthalmic applications with speeds up to 1200 RPM. This product is suspension treated for consistent performance
